Security Compliance Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Conduct information security risk assessments and comprehensive gap analyses of security controls.
• Monitor security measures and improve the maturity of the group information security management system.
• Follow up on risk treatment plans and help maintain security metrics for the enterprise security program.
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and attending external audits.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and respond to information security queries.
• Deliver security and privacy training, administer phishing test campaigns, and review security policies.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar environment, financial services, or consulting.
• Experience assisting with or conducting information security reviews or internal audits.
• Knowledge of information security management frameworks, including ISO 27001/2, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and CIS Critical Security Controls.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficient English, both written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification, or another security-related certification.
