CISO (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead and evolve the IT and information security program, covering strategy, governance, policies, controls, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain the security roadmap across SaaS production environments, cloud infrastructure, internal IT, and business systems.
• Manage the full IT and security function, including hiring, mentoring, and developing IT leaders and personnel.
• Own incident response from preparedness through hands-on leadership during production and IT security events, including post-incident improvements.
• Oversee penetration testing, vendor assessments, and third-party risk management for product and corporate systems.
• Partner with R&D, Operations, IT, and Product to embed secure architecture and secure development practices without slowing delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of information security experience, including leadership of a security program within a SaaS company.
• Strong experience in IT security, cloud security, risk management, secure software development, and security operations.
• Proven experience hiring, managing, and mentoring IT personnel.
• Experience leading cross-functional security initiatives, managing incidents end to end, and driving organization-wide adoption of security practices.
• Excellent communication skills for working with peers, management, partners, auditors, and regulators.
• Experience leading security in publicly traded companies or preparing for an IPO is an advantage.
