TL;DR

CISO (Cybersecurity): Lead and evolve the end-to-end information security strategy for a SaaS company protecting millions of users. With an accent on IT security, cloud infrastructure, compliance, and incident response. Focus on building a resilient security culture, managing cross-functional security initiatives, and ensuring audit readiness.

What you will do

• Build, lead, and evolve hirify.global’s IT security program covering strategy, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain information security roadmap, policies, and controls across production, cloud, and internal systems.
• Manage IT and security scope including hiring and mentoring IT leaders and personnel.
• Lead incident response program and handle security events and post-incident learnings.
• Ensure compliance with standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and emerging AI security frameworks.
• Partner with R&D, Operations, IT, and Product teams to embed secure architecture and development practices.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years of experience in information security with leadership in SaaS companies.
• Strong background in IT security, cloud security, risk management, secure software development, and security operations.
• Proven experience in hiring, managing, and mentoring IT personnel.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage security incidents end-to-end.
• Excellent communication skills for supporting peers, management, and external stakeholders.
• Experience with publicly traded companies or IPO preparation is an advantage.
