What you will do

• Design, implement, and release new features and enhancements for the hirify.global Streaming Analytics product suite.
• Develop deep technical proficiency in Apache Flink and related stream processing components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, UX, and documentation to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Ensure software is secure, maintainable, and fully functional for both on-premise and cloud deployments.
• Provide technical support to field teams and customers to facilitate product adoption and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and the broader Java ecosystem.
• Proven track record of building scalable and robust distributed software systems.
• Experience with CI/CD solutions and automated testing delivery pipelines.
• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid work model).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Flink, Spark, or Kafka.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficiency in Python or Javascript.
