What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for API and UI layers using Java.
• Analyze requirements for testability and participate in risk-based test planning.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Use logs and metrics to evaluate system behavior and identify anomalies.
• Document and track defects in JIRA while working with MSSQL for test data validation.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to generate test stubs and accelerate script maintenance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in software testing with hands-on automation.
• Strong proficiency in Java for test automation development.
• Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, BDD practices, and UI tools like Selenium or Playwright.
• Solid understanding of REST API testing, MSSQL, and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• English: B2+ required for effective communication in an international team.
• University degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Background in payment or financial systems.
• ISTQB Foundation certification.
