What you will do

• Implement and execute automated tests within the automation framework using Python and Behave.
• Lead other testers in specific testing activities and manage small to mid-sized technical teams.
• Plan, prepare, and document test results to ensure full traceability and accurate reporting.
• Configure test environments for execution and escalate risks or blockers to the test manager.
• Collaborate within an agile squad, participating in daily standups and delivery meetings.

Requirements

• Experience in Retail Banking for 5+ years.
• English proficiency: Intermediate+ (B2) or above.
• Professional experience with Python, Behave, and AWS services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of software testing processes, methodologies, and agile delivery frameworks.
• Ability to coordinate resources across the business and build strong relationships with senior management.
• Degree or advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
