What you will do

• Provide L2 application support to ensure high availability and resilience of production systems.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues using logs, metrics, traces, and dashboards.
• Support Kubernetes-based workloads, including diagnostics, log analysis, and scaling.
• Investigate backend API issues, event-driven flows in RabbitMQ, and MSSQL database problems.
• Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and release validation.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and internal knowledge bases to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in application support or production operations.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems in Agile environments.
• Solid SQL skills and experience with .NET-based services.
• Familiarity with ITIL or service management practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or PCI-DSS regulated environments.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
