What you will do

• Identify gameplay opportunities where AI/ML can solve friction points or increase engagement.
• Drive the "AI for Fun" roadmap to enhance core game loops for retention and enjoyment.
• Act as a bridge between ML Engineering and Game Teams to translate design intent into technical requirements.
• Define success metrics blending technical performance (latency/accuracy) with game KPIs (DAU/retention).
• Collaborate with central tech teams to adapt state-of-the-art ML technologies for location-based needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in Gaming, Consumer Mobile, or Applied ML.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Data Analytics.
• Deep understanding of game mechanics (F2P, RPG, or Location-Based).
• Technical fluency in LLMs, Reinforcement Learning, and Predictive Modeling.
• Proven track record of adaptive learning in undefined problem domains.
• Experience managing trade-offs between creative desires and technical constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience launching ML-driven features in live service games (matchmaking, personalization).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools in creative production.
• Experience managing platform services with end-user UI components.
