What you will do

• Consolidate and reconcile people-related operational data across multiple spreadsheets and reporting sources.
• Prepare regular reports on headcount, compensation, hiring, and workforce planning metrics.
• Partner with Finance and People Operations to support budgeting and headcount tracking.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and operational improvement opportunities.
• Build and automate spreadsheet workflows using advanced Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools.
• Create actionable dashboards and summaries to support organizational decision-making.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in an analytical, operations, reporting, or finance role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Ability to work within European time zones (CET).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to data quality and accuracy.
• Interest in process automation and familiarity with AI tools or macros.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Experience in consulting, audit, or advisory (e.g., Big Four firms).
• Exposure to people analytics, compensation reporting, or workforce planning.
• Experience with scripting or advanced reporting tools.
