What you will do

  • Provide operational support for Customer Success and Customer Support teams.
  • Champion an AI-first approach to streamline workflows and improve the customer journey.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and improve business performance.
  • Develop content for global operating cadences, including business and health reviews.
  • Track KPIs and build AI-enhanced dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Ensure data integrity and hygiene across systems to enable effective decision-making.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Experience in business operations, analytics, or program management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level reporting.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or ServiceNow.
  • Proven ability to build structure in ambiguous environments and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms for data analysis and content creation.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience supporting Customer Success or Customer Support in a B2B environment.
  • Experience using AI to accelerate analytical work, such as data summarization or pattern recognition.
