TL;DR

Solution Performance Manager (Automotive SaaS): Driving product adoption and optimizing dealership workflows for DMS, CRM, and marketing solutions with an accent on measurable ROI and operational efficiency. Location: Virtual US (Must be based in the United States). Travel required: 60-75%.

What you will do

  • Drive product adoption for DMS, CRM, Service, and Marketing platforms through usage audits and workflow optimization.
  • Analyze dealership KPIs to provide actionable recommendations for improving technician efficiency, lead response times, and close rates.
  • Lead virtual and on-site coaching sessions for dealership stakeholders including GMs and Fixed Ops Directors.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to present ROI storytelling during QBRs and support renewal readiness.
  • Provide field insights to Product and Engineering teams regarding feature gaps, integration requests, and competitive intelligence.
  • Coordinate onboarding workflows for new rooftops added through expansion.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in automotive SaaS, dealership operations, training, or consulting.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Deep knowledge of dealership processes across fixed ops, variable ops, CRM, and marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with automotive technologies such as DMS or CRM platforms.
  • Strong skills in coaching, training, and data analysis.
  • Ability to travel 60-75% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with major DMS providers (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, Tekion).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Elead, VinSolutions, DealerSocket, etc.).
  • Background in BDC operations, service lane management, or dealership marketing.
  • Proven ability to present insights to executive audiences.
