What you will do

• Translate user stories and requirements into software designs and configurations.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts to ensure application quality.
• Apply software engineering best practices to improve development lifecycle productivity.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues, implementing solutions to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand domain and strategic requirements.
• Create documentation for ongoing support and maintenance of production software modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 2 years of experience in systems analysis or development.
• Master's degree accepted with demonstrated knowledge in systems analysis and quality testing.
• 2 years of experience in quality testing, reviewing test scripts, and defect elimination.
• 2 years of experience utilizing strategies and tools to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
