What you will do

• Design and implement features for the Q2 Code agentic platform using Python, SQL, and AWS services.
• Decompose product requirements into shippable milestones and deliver iteratively.
• Build monitoring dashboards and observability tooling for agentic workflows and deployment pipelines.
• Resolve complex production issues using tracing, metrics, and debugging tools.
• Lead design discussions focused on performance, security, and cloud-native architecture.
• Mentor junior developers and establish best practices through code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years of experience.
• Deep proficiency in Python and advanced SQL skills.
• Strong experience with AWS core services and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Experience with service-oriented architecture and Agile development.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agents, LLM-driven workflows, or autonomous systems.
• Agentic UX design skills (chatbots, conversational interfaces).
• Web development experience with Vue, Angular, or React.
