What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of approximately 15 data support representatives.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs to ensure high-quality interactions.
• Identify skill gaps and provide targeted training and mentorship to team members.
• Oversee daily operations and assist with complex data support entries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to facilitate problem resolution and product improvements.
• Prepare performance reports for senior management and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• German: C1+ proficiency required for effective communication with stakeholders.
• English: C1+ proficiency required.
• Must be based in Spain.
• 2-5 years of total work experience with 1-2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
• Proven ability to deliver against SLAs and KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.
