What you will do

• Create, modify, and optimize complex CNC programs for maximum efficiency and precision.
• Perform expert-level setups on multi-axis CNC and manual machines.
• Apply advanced GD&T concepts to ensure high-precision machining results.
• Lead qualification runs and first-article processes for new product introductions.
• Mentor and provide formal on-the-job training for apprentices and junior machinists.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, ergonomics, and cycle times.

Requirements

• Completion of a State-Indentured Apprenticeship Program or equivalent credential.
• 5+ years of professional machining experience with lathes and mills.
• Demonstrated mastery of machining trades and journey-level standards.
• Ability to interpret advanced engineering specifications and GD&T.
• Must be able to work onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
