What you will do
- Create consistent visual assets for integrated campaigns across OOH, digital, social, email, and web.
- Adapt campaign concepts into various formats including print, digital, and motion.
- Support performance marketing and growth initiatives through paid social and display advertising design.
- Collaborate with the Motion Designer on storyboards and visual concepts.
- Partner with Copywriters to ideate and create effective marketing content.
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand identity and proactively experiment with AI tools.
Requirements
- Extensive background in graphic or brand design within marketing or advertising.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated design capabilities across digital and print.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
- Experience in print production, colour management, and artwork setup for OOH and press.
- Ability to animate and apply motion to campaign assets.
- Must be able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Understanding of responsive web design and UX/UI principles.
- Basic knowledge of app design and video editing (Premiere Pro).
- Experience with dynamic creative automation tools like Celtra, Bannerflow, or StoryTeq.
