What you will do

• Drive the design and implementation of the core backend system for hirify.global Gold.
• Lead system modernization efforts and migration to a new tech stack.
• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Conduct technical design reviews and ensure high-quality code standards.
• Mentor the team and provide guidance on solving complex technical challenges.
• Manage critical issues and ensure timely delivery of engineering projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in E-Commerce Java-based core system design.
• Strong expertise in building highly scalable and high-availability online systems.
• Hands-on experience in JVM tuning, heap dump analysis, and Java profiling.
• Proficiency in database systems including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with major public cloud services, specifically AWS.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.

Nice to have

• Experience with .Net systems.
