What you will do

• Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and GAP analysis for HCM Cloud projects.
• Design and execute system configurations, customizations, and extensions.
• Develop and maintain custom BI reports and HCM extracts.
• Manage HDL data migrations and data transformations to Fusion-compatible formats.
• Perform system testing, migration, and documentation for Core HR and Payroll modules.

Requirements

• Must be based in Omaha, NE
• Extensive experience in HDL data migration, BI reports, and HCM extracts.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in HCM Cloud implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MCA.
• Fusion Cloud Implementation Specialist certification.

Nice to have

• Experience with PBL (Payroll Batch Loader).
