Salary: $152,000 – $239,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop, coordinate, and execute simulation and structured test plans for autonomy systems.
• Analyze and triage pipeline results to support software and system release metrics.
• Evaluate and characterize the performance of new autonomy sensors and hardware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate system risks.
• Refine test methodologies to ensure comprehensive coverage of the operational design domain.
• Communicate test results to stakeholders to contribute to the overall safety case.

Requirements

• B.S. or higher degree in Automotive, Aerospace, Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering, verification, and validation.
• Experience with complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL.
• Experience with requirements and test traceability tools like Polarion, Jama, or DOORS.
• Strong systems-level thinking and ability to navigate complex technical environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, or safety-critical systems.
• Familiarity with simulation environments and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
• Experience with quantitative risk assessments.
• Familiarity with Linux, OxTS, and Scala.
