Senior Product Data Analyst (Fintech): Shaping data integration and delivery for a global trade surveillance platform with an accent on market data normalization and complex financial schemas. Salary: 3600 EUR – 4600 EUR.

What you will do
- Analyze data conversion pipelines to identify discrepancies and mapping errors in raw exchange feeds.
- Design deterministic data models to ensure accuracy during multi-asset normalization.
- Author functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for trade surveillance integrations.
- Manage the full requirements lifecycle from intake through development handoff and QA validation.
- Investigate and resolve critical production issues in coordination with engineering and QA teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
- 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role within capital markets or fintech.
- Hands-on experience with market data structures, trading protocols, and order lifecycle workflows.
- Proficiency in producing structured functional documentation like data flow diagrams and process maps.
- Experience working within Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
Nice to have
- Experience mapping data from trading platforms or market data vendors.
- Familiarity with SQL or structured data formats used in financial systems.
