What you will do

• Support the review of client tax documentation and classifications.
• Assist in develophirify.global internal guidance, trainhirify.global, and process documentation.
• Analyze data sets to identify trends, anomalies, or compliance risks.
• Help improve reporthirify.global processes related to FATCA/CRS, CESOP, and US Withholdhirify.global Tax.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Compliance, Legal, Operations, and IT on change initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s or final-year Bachelor programme in Law, Tax, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
• Mandatory enrollment at a Dutch university (or EU-university for EU passport holders).
• Strong interest in financial regulation, compliance, and tax.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable workhirify.global with data (Excel, Power BI, or basic SQL).
• Clear communication skills in English.
