What you will do

• Deploy, configure, and maintain the Morpheus platform to ensure system compatibility and reliability.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex platform issues with effective, timely solutions.
• Manage user accounts, access control, and permissions within the Morpheus environment.
• Monitor platform performance and implement preventive measures to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Morpheus with existing applications and services.
• Provide technical instructions and support to customers regarding their systems and networks.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Morpheus, AWS, or Azure.
• Thorough understanding of cloud computing principles, infrastructure as code (IaC), and virtualization.
• Basic programming knowledge in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework, including incident and change management.
• Ability to work in a 24x7x365 environment with a rotating shift.
• Hybrid work: Expectation to work from an HPE office on average 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Git and Ansible.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, VCP, or any Cloud certification.
