What you will do

• Organize and facilitate project meetings, managing logistics, agendas, and documentation.
• Create reporting packs and support governance forums such as Steering Committees and Project Boards.
• Maintain risk and issue management (RAID logs), ensuring updates and escalations are handled effectively.
• Support quality assurance by documenting evidence and ensuring accuracy in project requirements.
• Monitor milestones and track cross-workstream dependencies to ensure project alignment.
• Identify opportunities to streamline PMO processes, templates, and reporting practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the ability to work in Edinburgh.
• Proven experience working within a PMO environment on technology-focused projects.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and tracking.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating clear and engaging project slide packs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support project managers and teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
