What you will do

• Underwrite and service a profitable book of business in accordance with company philosophy.
• Develop and maintain strong broker partnerships to drive portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with specialty lines underwriters to identify multi-line opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members on technical underwriting matters.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and broker events.
• Lead or contribute to special projects to improve underwriting strategies and products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of property and casualty underwriting experience.
• Proven background in underwriting large, multinational corporations.
• Expertise in Property, Primary, and Excess Casualty lines.
• Strong business acumen and relationship management skills.
• University degree, CIP or FCIP designation preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
