What you will do

• Operate various machinery including press brakes, punch presses, and CNC lasers to manufacture sheet metal parts.
• Set up, program, and adjust machines according to product plans and production schedules.
• Inspect finished pieces to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical specifications.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Monitor raw material levels to ensure continuous production flow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA (no sponsorship available).
• Previous experience operating machinery such as press brakes, punch presses, or lasers.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer/math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, pushing, and pulling.
