What you will do
- Design end-to-end AI systems for customer experience, including LLMs, deterministic workflows, and orchestration layers.
- Optimize RAG and knowledge architectures to ensure AI responses are grounded in enterprise data.
- Establish AI evaluation frameworks and quality metrics to measure business impact and performance.
- Engineer contextual AI experiences that leverage real-time data and interaction history.
- Support technical presales activities, including discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations.
- Provide strategic technical feedback to Product Management and Engineering based on field insights.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing modern AI solutions for customer experience using LLMs, NLU, and retrieval-based systems.
- Expertise in enterprise integration, RESTful APIs, and cloud ecosystems.
- Ability to define AI evaluation strategies, governance, and observability approaches.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex AI architectures into business value.
- Proven ability to create and deliver compelling technical demonstrations.
- Foundational programming skills, with a preference for Python.

- Strong understanding of the Cloud platform and AI capabilities.
- Experience in contact center technology and orchestration.
