What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for growth initiatives from problem discovery to impactful solutions.
• Proactively identify customer opportunities and set direction based on insights with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to move concepts to launch quickly.
• Use research, experimentation, and real data to validate ideas and accelerate learning.
• Maintain design excellence through high-quality visuals, prototypes, and cohesive user experiences.
• Mentor teammates and foster a culture of craft, speed, and shared ownership.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping impactful designs in end-to-end product environments.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and balance user desirability with speed to learning.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem solving and insight-driven iteration.
• Deep understanding of design best practices and user psychology.
• Experience collaborating across product, engineering, and data functions.
• Proficiency in lean research and rapid testing methodologies.
