What you will do

• Design and implement quantitative behavior metrics to assess AV performance across diverse driving scenarios.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards for tracking simulation and fleet metrics.
• Analyze large-scale vehicle logs to identify performance gaps and software regressions.
• Define metric thresholds and acceptance criteria to support geofence expansion.
• Communicate complex metric frameworks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in data science with a focus on metric design or performance evaluation.
• Strong proficiency in Python in production environments.
• Experience working with time-series or sensor data.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and distill complex technical requirements.
