What you will do

• Ensure availability, performance, and stability of European applications across production and pre-production environments.
• Provide advanced L2/L3 support for OutSystems applications, including architecture and integrations.
• Lead major incident resolution, conduct root cause analysis, and drive permanent remediations.
• Design and improve monitoring and alerting strategies using tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, and New Relic.
• Develop automation for operational tasks, diagnostics, and health checks.
• Mentor and coach junior support analysts and maintain operational runbooks.

Requirements

• Strong experience in L2/L3 application support within complex environments.
• Must be based in or able to work in Lisbon (Hybrid).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Solid OutSystems platform knowledge and production support experience.
• Advanced SQL, API troubleshooting, and application log analysis skills.
• Experience with monitoring tools and understanding of ITIL principles.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Azure cloud platform and related certifications.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience supporting web applications.
• Experience working with insurance companies or financial systems.
