Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar support role.
• Extensive experience with Murex platforms.
• Valid work authorization for Portugal (Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
• English proficiency of B2 level or higher.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Availability for a hybrid work model in Porto or Lisbon.
