What you will do

• Lead and manage product roadmaps, publishing plans, and live operations for multiple mobile game titles in LATAM.
• Define regional product strategies and translate them into actionable publishing and operational plans.
• Localize content, campaigns, and in-game events to fit regional player preferences and market trends.
• Oversee release schedules, store submissions, and multi-country deployment coordination.
• Monitor and optimize key KPIs including DAU, retention, ARPU, conversion, and ROAS.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, art, marketing, and community teams to ensure publishing excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in online or mobile gaming, publishing, or product management.
• Proven experience operating or publishing mobile games in LATAM markets.
• Strong understanding of Free-to-Play systems, monetization, and live operations.
• Knowledge of localization workflows for Spanish and Portuguese.
• Ability to work in-office in São Paulo.
• Resumes must be submitted in English.

• Experience with Python, automation tools, or AI-assisted publishing workflows.
• Experience with ChatGPT API.
