What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to optimize application deployment lifecycles.
• Monitor system health and performance to ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
• Implement security practices and maintain compliance with industry standards like GDPR and ISO 27001.
• Provide ongoing support, incident resolution, and system upgrades for servers, networks, and databases.
• Document infrastructure configurations and provide technical guidance to team members.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required.
• Must be able to work from the office in Lisbon 2 days per week.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Linux/Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls).
• Proficiency in virtualization and containerization (VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Python, or PowerShell.
