What you will do

• Own the short and long-term technical vision for the engineering team.
• Design and improve critical systems, focusing on security, availability, and performance.
• Drive architectural transitions from monolithic applications to service-driven paradigms.
• Build internal tools to increase engineering efficiency and quality.
• Mentor and guide engineers across the organization.
• Collaborate with recruiting and leadership on strategy, roadmap planning, and hiring.

Requirements

• 20+ years of industry experience in large-scale enterprise web/SaaS applications.
• 10-15+ years of experience in senior engineering roles designing APIs and abstractions.
• Expert-level knowledge of .NET (C#) and SQL databases.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD methodologies.
• Strong background in monolith-to-service migration and large-scale 3rd party integrations.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Knockout.js.
• Deep expertise in performance monitoring and log analysis tools (DataDog, Elasticsearch).
