What you will do

• Perform testing and validation of configuration changes within sprint cycles to ensure quality standards.
• Execute manual feature testing and end-to-end workflow validation across various scenarios.
• Review and analyze automated regression test results to identify configuration-related issues.
• Document and communicate defects clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Configuration Specialists and Product teams to resolve requirements and improve quality.
• Take ownership of QA sign-off and maintain validation evidence in JIRA and Confluence.

Requirements

• Experience in a QA, configuration QA, or validation role within a software delivery environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to reason about configuration logic, rules, and expressions.
• Experience performing manual feature testing and end-to-end workflow testing.
• Familiarity with executing and analyzing automated regression tests.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
