What you will do

• Lead the design and deployment of end-to-end automation solutions and RPA workflows.
• Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks to maximize ROI.
• Design and integrate AI/ML models for intelligent decision-making and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with Lean Project Managers and Business Analysts to optimize workflows.
• Document all solutions in Nintex Process Manager to ensure governance and transparency.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering with a focus on RPA.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as UiPath, Power Platform, or Blue Prism.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable efficiency gains.
• Must be able to work onsite in Georgetown, Penang.

Nice to have

• Experience with N8N and Nintex Automation Cloud.
• Knowledge of NLP and computer vision.
• Relevant certifications in automation or AI technologies.
