What you will do

• Build and implement automation solutions involving AI controllers, IoT, and software-driven line processes.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate AGVs, ARVs, ASRS, and smart racks into the factory ecosystem.
• Maintain and optimize existing software automation solutions to improve OEE and yield.
• Collect business requirements and translate them into technical IT specifications for implementation.
• Act as the business champion for automation projects, validating solutions and managing vendor collaborations.
• Partner with data scientists to deploy and adapt control algorithms directly to the production line.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor backend factory environments.
• Deep expertise in factory connectivity (SECS/GEM, TCP/IP, PLC) and SCADA software.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Pyspark, .NET, and SQL.
• Proven experience in large-scale automation projects and stakeholder management.
• Excellent command of English.

Nice to have

• Experience with quality tools such as Lean Six Sigma and Design of Experiments (DoE).
• Knowledge of delta.io and Oracle database management.
• Experience in remote command center solutions.
