What you will do

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate machine learning models and NLP capabilities into existing ServiceNow applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize use cases for AI-driven service improvements.
• Develop and maintain AI models using ServiceNow’s AI Engine and Predictive Analytics tools.
• Ensure data quality, model accuracy, and compliance with security and governance standards.
• Monitor AI performance and provide recommendations for continuous optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on AI/ML and automation features.
