What you will do

• Lead the architecture and implementation of AI solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Champion Microsoft AI capabilities including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Implement and optimize Model Context Protocol (MCP) for secure, context-aware AI interactions.
• Oversee end-to-end AI development lifecycles using MLOps best practices.
• Manage production operations, including monitoring, incident response, and change management.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI architecture and development using Microsoft technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of MLOps practices, model deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated expertise with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Machine Learning).
• Solid programming skills in Python with familiarity in ML and data science libraries.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio).
• Experience with C#/.NET, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and bias mitigation techniques.
• Relevant certifications such as Azure AI Engineer or Azure Data Scientist.
