AI Engineering Graduate Talent Trainee (AI)

What you will do

• Develop large-scale AI cloud services, including GPU virtual machines, bare-metal and container services, networking, storage, billing, monitoring, and security.
• Build managed Kubernetes platforms with GPU-native orchestration, intelligent scheduling, workload management, observability, and resource isolation.
• Develop distributed training, fine-tuning, model deployment, inference acceleration, serverless inference, model APIs, and model evaluation capabilities.
• Build enterprise AI Agent platforms with workflow orchestration, tool integration, retrieval-augmented generation, memory systems, sandbox execution, and multi-Agent collaboration.
• Work across cloud platform engineering, MLOps, SRE, model serving, AI application engineering, AI and cloud security, or AI research.
• Rotate across different roles based on interview assessment, business needs, and career development opportunities.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD, or up to two years of related work experience.
• Strong programming ability in one or more of Go, Python, C++, Java, Rust, or related technologies.
• Academic, engineering, research, open-source, or programming competition achievements.
• Strong interest in AI infrastructure, cloud-native technologies, and globally distributed systems.
• Ownership mentality, engineering discipline, and readiness to contribute early in a fast-growing AI infrastructure environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, OpenStack, Prometheus, Grafana, Argo, Istio, PostgreSQL, Redis, message queues, or distributed storage.
• Experience developing or operating large-scale cloud, Kubernetes, AI training, inference, or AI Agent platforms.
