What you will do

• Evaluate and assign projects to maximize efficiency based on team skill sets and workload.
• Provide direct supervision and performance management to Project Managers.
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance groups to establish best practices.
• Monitor project status from inception to completion to ensure performance metrics are met.
• Participate in contractor bid evaluations and performance reviews.
• Develop individual development plans to improve resource skill sets.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of project management and construction management experience for multi-million dollar projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Engineering.
• Expert knowledge of purchasing policies, vendor selection, and contracting approaches.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, and SAP.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify required).

Nice to have

• Experience with electric utility projects.
• MBA degree.
• PMP certification.
