Salary: $162,800 - $223,850/year + 55% incentive

What you will do

• Lead Cyber/Technology E&O product line strategy, portfolio management, and continued product development for the Cyber/Technology Liability suite.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to underwriting teams; manage account referrals and support broker negotiations on program structure, premiums, retentions, and terms.
• Own product line financial performance targets, including profit, revenue, loss ratio, and expense goals, in partnership with the Sr. Director.
• Ensure effective execution of best practices, underwriting governance, account auditing, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships (Actuarial, Product Development, Claims, IT, Operations, Regulatory) to deliver superior products to internal and external customers.
• Champion underwriting optimization and act as a knowledge expert to facilitate underwriter training; attend marketing visits and broker meetings/events.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required; hirify.global does not provide visa sponsorship.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in underwriting, claims and/or brokering in Cyber/Technology Liability or Professional Liability; recent managerial experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid analytical and organizational skills with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Solid understanding of cyber security protocols, emerging industry risks, and the regulatory landscape.
• Ability to work in a hirify.global office or hybrid model as required; 25% travel required.
