What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, supporting their professional growth and development.
  • Establish and optimize business analysis processes, documentation standards, and practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to refine business requirements.
  • Drive knowledge management and maintain high-quality product documentation.
  • Review analytical artefacts and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
  • Support delivery teams throughout the development and testing phases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or managing other Business Analysts.
  • Proven track record of building or improving business analysis processes and documentation standards.
  • Fluency in English and Russian required.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Experience with Business Process Modelling and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

  • Experience in FinTech, Payments, or Open Banking.
  • Experience working with APIs and integrations.
