What you will do

• Collect and synthesize quantitative and qualitative customer data from cross-functional sources including Product, BI, and Marketing.
• Design and implement Voice of the Customer surveys to gather feedback across diverse geographies.
• Develop a comprehensive customer database and define actionable customer segments and personas.
• Extract and present high-impact insights to steer product roadmaps and internal prioritization.
• Represent customer needs and expectations in strategic planning sessions.
• Maintain expertise in best practices for customer segmentation, analytics, and experience design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer data, analytics, CX, or commercial roles within the fintech industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in Cyprus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
• BA/BSc in a quantitative field.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
