What you will do

• Define, design, and develop complex RF integrated circuits in IPs and SoCs.
• Create verification test plans and conduct transistor-level feasibility analysis.
• Define floorplans and layouts for RF circuit architecture.
• Develop test benches and debug designs to meet specifications.
• Perform radio signal path analysis and ensure detailed transistor-level design for transceivers.
• Review system specifications to ensure compliance with industry codes and standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in validation of analog/mixed-signal/RF building blocks (ADC/DAC/PLL).
• Experience in developing measurement automation software and platform firmware for characterization.
• Strong understanding of electromagnetic and communication theory.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-site team setting.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in 5G/6G cellular system measurements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
