What you will do

• Translate customer market requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Design and develop secure JavaCard applets for car access, battery management, telematic systems, identification, and payment services.
• Ensure thorough internal unit and system testing, and support functional/security testing at external houses.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team.
• Steer and coordinate multi-site software development teams across different geographies and cultures.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• 6+ years of JavaCard Applet development experience for mass-market products.
• Deep understanding of Secure Element/smartcard internals and cryptographic algorithms (DES, AES, RSA, ECC, PKCS).
• Experience with compliance certification for payment and eGovernment applications.
• Fluent English skills both verbally and written.
• Basic knowledge of automotive standards and procedures (IATF16949, FMEA, ASPICE, CMMI, ISO26262).

• Experience collaborating within cross-industry organizations, such as the Car Connectivity Consortium.
