Salary: $112,000 - $207,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive AEO strategies for AI-driven search environments and LLMs.
• Conduct advanced technical audits, implement schema, and optimize content for featured snippets and conversational queries.
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and LLM tools to track ROI and KPIs.
• Partner with content, UX, and development teams to iterate on search strategies.
• Coach stakeholders on best practices for maximizing AEO visibility and engagement.
• Identify and execute test projects to improve visibility and value capture among target audiences.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of digital marketing or technical experience with a focus on AI-driven search trends.
• Deep understanding of how LLMs and generative search engines process, synthesize, and cite information.
• Expertise in agentic platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and technical tools like SEMrush, Lumar, or Ahrefs.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment (3 days/week in-office) in New York City or Atlanta.
