What you will do

• Drive engineering initiatives to improve reliability, availability, and scalability across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
• Design and architect secure, high-performance network solutions involving switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
• Lead the deployment of complex connectivity projects using Cisco, Palo Alto, Azure, AWS, and OCI.
• Develop comprehensive network architecture documentation and perform infrastructure assessments.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions for critical infrastructure.
• Identify and drive the automation of operational tasks to optimize system performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure, SRE, or Cloud Network Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Cisco (including Cisco ISE), Palo Alto, Juniper, and F5.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, BGP, and OSPF.
• Proven experience designing and supporting hybrid cloud network architectures (Azure, AWS, or OCI).
• Must be based in Miami, FL.

Nice to have

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure networking and security services.
• Experience implementing SRE principles within network or infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation and scripting.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, Azure Network Engineer, or AWS Advanced Networking.
