Remote Mortgage Loan Officer (Arkansas)

Location: Remote, with the principal place of residence and remote work location physically located in Arkansas. Employees may occasionally work from a company office. Employment is contingent on remaining in Arkansas; relocation to another state requires company review and approval. The broader remote policy states that U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

What you will do

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing while meeting compliance requirements.
• Convert hirify.global-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with borrowers, hirify.global Preferred Agents, and local partners where applicable.
• Manage an active loan pipeline while meeting service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.
• Use hirify.global’s CRM, loan origination systems, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams and communicate with customers by phone, email, and text.

Requirements

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with a strong emphasis on purchase transactions.
• Active NMLS Loan Originator status with state licenses or experience as a Loan Originator under a federal bank license.
• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and successful passage of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Arkansas.
• Proven success originating purchase loans in either a high-volume, phone-based sales environment or an agent-centric referral model.
• Strong client service orientation, consultative sales skills, and a deep understanding of the mortgage process.
• Comfort working in a structured, performance-driven environment with defined KPIs.
• Excellent verbal communication, trust-building, time management, organization, and pipeline management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, loan origination systems, and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
