What you will do
- Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Process and review supplier invoices in ERP systems, including three-way matching and discrepancy resolution.
- Act as a primary point of contact for procurement, finance stakeholders, and suppliers regarding AP matters.
- Manage vendor accounts, including statement reconciliations and complex issue resolution.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals and financial reporting.
- Monitor performance metrics to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay operations.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite or similar financial platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance-related tools.
- Solid understanding of EMEA financial regulations and VAT compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with a structured approach to complex problem-solving.
