What you will do

• Lead and manage plant engineering and maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Drive compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements through audits and safety programs.
• Oversee the maintenance management system for tracking and continuous improvement.
• Manage capital projects including design, budgeting, installation, and commissioning of plant equipment.
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams and contractors to ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Analyze and control maintenance costs while identifying energy conservation opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering or maintenance management within an industrial environment.
• Proven experience in equipment design, project engineering, or project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and deliver cost-effective results.
