Salary: $178,300.00 - $284,700.00 annually (base pay range for specified locations)

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for hirify.global Workspace’s APIs and integration platform, including APIs, webhooks, event infrastructure, and connector frameworks.
• Turn internal capabilities into scalable platform offerings for customers, partners, developers, and AI-powered workflows.
• Lead enterprise onboarding capabilities such as roster ingestion, identity and access provisioning, and bulk data workflows.
• Define the API platform commercialization strategy (packaging, pricing, tiering, and go-to-market) with Sales and Business Development.
• Shape how third-party connectors scale via in-house, partner-built, and marketplace approaches.
• Establish platform product management operating model: lifecycle governance, contract review, deprecation policy, support, and analytics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management (or equivalent) with a focus on platforms, APIs, data systems, or complex integrations; track record delivering scalable enterprise products.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver technical or infrastructure-driven initiatives tied to customer outcomes.
• Strong systems thinking to simplify complex workflows and navigate technical tradeoffs with engineering partners.
• Analytical mindset to use data for hypotheses, prioritization, and decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to create clear documentation, strategy briefs, and stakeholder updates; represent platform vision with senior leaders, customers, and partners.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States (U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 states with limited exceptions).
